The Duchess of Cambridge was an art history major at university and a royal patron of the Victoria & Albert Museum. She was named patron this past March.

This is Kate’s second appearance out this week: She also attended the Global Mental Health summit with Prince William on Tuesday. She rewore a lilac Emilia Wickstead dress for that event, so this is her second time wearing purple this week—and perhaps a hint of what color she’ll be wearing Friday at Princess Eugenie’s wedding.
